Peninsula Community Library's Local History Collection highlights and preserves our community's memory for future generations.  Written, visual and audible materials created for and about Old Mission Peninsula residents are available to the public and scholars for research.  The Collection documents the geograhic, cultural, political and social history of Old Mission as well as the surrounding area when it pertains to Old Mission Peninsula.

PCL's Local History Collection is non-circulating.  All items are available for public use within the library. Materials must be used in a manner respectful of the fragile nature of the Collection, as determined by the Director.  Items may be viewed in limited number at a time, depending on the nature of the item.  Rules of use are attached at the bottom of the page.

Donations of archival items are accepted and encouraged, within the parameters set by the library.  The Director has the discretion to accept or decline materials offered.  For more information, contact the Director at 223-7700.
